Are you searching for a fun, inexpensive, festive Halloween game? Try out pumpkin ring toss!
You will need:
- at least 4 small/medium pumpkins
- glow sticks
- masking tape or duct tape (optional)
How to Play
- Create glow stick rings using the connectors. Make sure to make the “necklace” size and not the “bracelet” size.
- Place pumpkins on the ground. I do two in the first row and three in the second row. You can really set them up however you would like though.
- Create a line with masking tape or duct tape on the floor for children to stand at (Optional)
- Children will throw the rings and try to get them on the pumpkins!
- Whoever gets 3 or more rings on the pumpkin wins!
Variations
- Make the start line closer or further away
- Make pumpkins worth different point values
- Just let your kids try to throw the rings on the pumpkin…no rules
Have Fun
I love this game because it is reusable AND fun. We already had pumpkins for decorations, so we were able to use them for the game. The only thing I had to buy were the glow sticks. I was going to buy the glow sticks for Halloween anyways, so it worked out well!
