Mother’s Day Handprint Flower Craft

Are you in need of an easy yet adorable Mother’s day gift? Try out this Mother’s Day handprint flower craft.

You will need:

  • 12 x 12 Cardstock
  • Washable Paint
  • Paper Plate
  • Paint Brush
  • Pipe Cleaner(s)
  • Pom Pom(s)
  • Glue/Hot Glue
  • Pen

  1. Using one piece of 12 x 12 cardstock, have your child create multiple handprints. Leave space between each hand print as you will cut them all out when they are dry.
  2. When the handprints are dry, cut them out as close to the actual print as possible. Arrange them on a blank piece of 12 x 12 cardstock to form a flower.
  3. Using glue (I recommend hot glue), paste down the pipe cleaner to form the stem.
  4. Once the stem is down, you can then glue down the handprint flower petals one by one.
  5. Finally, add a pom pom to the center of the handprint petals to form the flower.
  6. Using a pen, write your child’s name and the year in the bottom corner or on the back.

This Mother’s Day handprint flower is so cute and easy to make! Enjoy making this keepsake craft.
